We welcome applications from candidates with the following qualifications to be employed as a front office receptionist  for our five-star hotel in Istanbul Şişli.

What you will be doing as a  beginning of an exceptional guest experience;

As a Receptionist, you will make our guests feel welcome,

Ensure the best selection for the guest,

Possess a good command of English and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Assist guests with information and  requests,

Meet the needs of customers and inform them of the services offered,

Guest registration and room assignment, accommodating requests  to assist

Have thorough knowledge of Front Office system Opera

Have working knowledge about reservation

Have knowledge of handling telephone, internal and external

Handles check in and check out efficiently.

The role requires provide experience, the ability to quickly solve related issues and provide solutions to clients’ needs.
