DESIGN ENGINEER (PhD.Studentship or PhD.Graduate)

• Graduated from Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering Department
• PhD. Student (at the stage of writing thesis) or  Doctoral Graduate is preferred
• Solid theoretical background in Mechanics of materials & mechanical design
• Min 3 years of experience on 3D Cad software (CATIA and/or SolidWorks preferred)
• Have a knowledge on pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanics
• Have a knowledge on automation and automation related devices
• Experience on press die or injection mold design is appreciated
• Experience on CAM is appreciated
• Advanced level of English.
• Resident in Izmit or Sakarya
• Aged below 30

İŞ TANIMI

• Designing welding fixtures and assembly equipments
• Applying related engineering standards and leading FMEA activities
• Preparation of part lists, assembly lists and documentation of designed machines
• Making continuous improvement studies to improve manufacturing efficiency
• Geometric dimensioning & tolerancing of related manufacturing components
• Validation and improvement of consept design through serial production stage
