Job Description

• To revise the crew Schedule in accordance with the rules determined in the relevant regulation of the DGCA, SHT-FTL and notify the crew for additional flights and changes occurred during the watch,.

• To report the troubles and flight schedule changes to the Crew Planning Manager occurred during the watch.

• To update the Crew Planning Programme in case of Schedule changes occurred during the shift.

• To provide coordination with the Dispatch and OCC department in case of a change in the flight schedule during the watch, and to ensure that the flight plans are re-prepared in accordance with the change.

• To follow up the flight delays experienced during the watch, to control the overtime and rest conditions of the flight crews on their next flights, to correct the incompatibilities, if any.

• To follow up the flight crew's ticket and hotel booking and vehicle arrangement required for airport-hotel transportation, revising these plans when necessary and notifying the relevant stations.

• To revise the Technician Staff’s changes in the crew  planning system sent by the Technical Department

• To provide coordination with OCC Department for Gendec changes

• To provide coordination with the ticket agency or purchase the ticket needed for flight crew in case of in necessary cases.
