Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related departments; masters' degree is considered an asset
  • Any experience in building materials, construction, cement / concrete industries or sales is considerate an asset
  • Good team player with demonstrated effectiveness in accomplishing goals together with team
  • Positive attitude, good communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Customer oriented with good negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Having a valid driving license and no restriction for travelling
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken

Job Description:

  • Responsible of the customer relations and retention, along with contract development and negotiation
  • Analyze and respond proactively to the needs of the customers in her/his portfolio; and maximize the services value of the company to the customers
  • Analyze the needs of the domestic market in order to attain the sales targets and develop necessary action plans
  • Focus on achieving revenue goals, support development of opportunities and sales pipeline
