QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
A food industry company (Meat and vegetables ) is looking for a Quality Control Manager Fluent in the English Language with the following knowledge and requirements:
PRODUCT INFORMATION
• Having a detailed knowledge of quality techniques for the sector
• Having sufficient knowledge of quality systems such as ISO series, TSE, Halal, and Total Quality Management.
• To know the features and usage areas of the products produced, as well as production workflows and processes
• Having material knowledge for determining the technical properties of raw materials and materials used in production and appropriate processing methods
PROCESS QUALITY MANAGEMENT
• Inspection of the products/semi-finished products produced during the production phase through control, verification, standard and special tests within the production processes, ensuring their compliance with specifications and quality standards
• Identification of nonconforming products/semi-finished products, management of responsible persons according to relevant procedures, management and guidance
• Ensuring that preventive measures are taken before errors occur in the processes by using quality methodologies
FINAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT
• Ensuring that nonconforming products are identified, managed to prevent their use, and corrective actions are planned and carried out to prevent recurrence of the problem.
• Checking the conformity of the manufactured products to the standards and performing the necessary tests
• Compiling customer complaints and quality problems regarding the product, evaluating and reporting this information within the company, planning and solving improvement activities for complaints and quality problems
FOOD SAFETY TEAM LEADER AND MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE
• Determining the resource needs and following the evaluation of the suitability of the system,
• Reporting to senior management on the performance of management systems, including recommendations for improvements, at the end of the review activity,
• To start by recording the activities of all kinds of reported food safety problems,
• To inform customers about food safety with legal institutions and organizations.
• To keep the system up-to-date with the information obtained through external communication.
Qualifications and experiences:
Minimum Bachelor's (Preferably Master's - Chemistry, Food, Industrial Engineering Engineering Departments)
Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of quality
English / Upper Intermediate
MS Office / Advanced
Axapta / Preferred
