Electrical Lead Engineer - Hydroelectric Power Plants

Qualifications

·         Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering

·         Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

·         Proficient in AutoCAD for electrical design

·         Knowledge of ETAP electrical software ( preferable )

·         Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a design department

Technical Skills

·         Proven experience in Low Voltage (LV) and Control & Protection System Configuration, with a preference for hydroelectric power plants

·         Experience in High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) enginering and design, with a preference for 5-10 years

·         Knowledge and ability to perform short circuit, capacity, and other relevant design calculations

Responsibilities

·         Analyze technical requirements and project specifications

·         Develop detailed design drawings and workshop drawings for electrical systems

·         Lead and perform electrical design calculations

·         Prepare technical documentation for projects

·         Manage and collaborate with engineering subcontractors on primary cable calculations

·         Provide technical clarifications and coordinate with other departments

·         Create arrangement drawings for electrical equipment

·         Develop and manage interface schedules to ensure project timeline adherence
