QUALIFICATIONS

· 3-5 years of experience in LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wireless (switch, modem, router, firewall, access point), Windows NT server, SQL server, Active Directory and Windows client installation and management. and knowledgeable,

· Have software knowledge that can make reporting via SQL and AS400 databases (or can support and develop existing Access programs),

· Experienced in basic computer technology (Windows Operating Systems, MS Office Applications, Hardware, PC, Notebook, Network, Access point, switch, (hp-aruba), printers),

· Good knowledge of Google Drive,

· Knowledge and experience in cabling

· Experienced in industrial computer components such as handheld terminals with barcode readers,

· Providing support in problems that may be encountered in daily use,

· Graduated from a Universty,

· Fluent in English (and preferably French) in order to coordinate with the overseas center,

· For male candidates, they have completed their military service,

· Residing in Gebze and Kocaeli region,

· Able to adapt to flexible working hours,

· Have a class B driving license,

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· To maintain, repair and monitor the information systems within the institution, to regularly backup, update and ensure uninterrupted operation of the systems,

· Updates, maintenance and operation of software and hardware (Firewall, Anti-virus) required to ensure network and server security,

· Fault detection and solution of hardware products (PC, laptop, printer, etc.),

· Installation of operating systems and applications according to established procedures,

· Management and troubleshooting of all kinds of special software (Tiger-Payroll, SAP, Sidonie, Access programs, e-stamp, e-seal) within the company,

· Management of internal company e-mails,

· Providing technical support to the end user,

· Recording, maintenance and monitoring of security cameras,

· Telephone and internet lines management,

· Price research of in-house electronic devices, follow-up of the purchasing process, installation and delivery,

· Updating the inventory tracking of users and computers and tracking registration and licenses,

· Determining and providing IT infrastructure needs,
