Aras Marine Investment Holding Inc. has been providing services in marine construction, ship salvage and emergency response services, shipbuilding, tugboat operations, as well as in R&D and advanced engineering fields with its subsidiaries and expert team since 1995. In addition to these, it operates in the education and social areas through the Alpaslan Autism Combat Foundation.

 Within the Aras Marine Investment Holding, we are looking for a new team member for the position of "Technical Office Engineer" for our Sakarya Gas Field Development Project, which we will carry out the Phase 2 stage following the Phase 1 activities delivered with outstanding success in December 2022.

 What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

• Preparing project execution plans and strategies consistent with project objectives and goals. 
• Overseeing technical design structures, ensuring compliance with standards, optimizing efficiency, and finding solutions to technical challenges.
• Managing programs, budgets, subcontractors, stakeholders, and interacting with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring review and tracking of internal and external documentation. Identifying and reducing operational, technical, and environmental risks.
• Preparing and implementing specific (employee) methods through risk analysis.
• Facilitating effective communication with stakeholders and resolving their expectations.
• Providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the project manager and senior management.

 What Kind of Team Member Are We Looking For?

• A graduate in civil engineering, preferably with a master's degree.
• At least five years of experience in the same position.
• Experience in supporting projects and managing external engineering and suppliers.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, with strong communication and social skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and Primavera.
• Capable of problem-solving and making courageous decisions.
• Able to work in project teams, inclined towards teamwork.
• Flexible attitude towards travel and work in project locations.
• Practical, creative, and analytical thinker.
