Responsibilities:

• Overall development, implementation, improvement, and maintenance of Quality Management Systems in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements, promoting consistency throughout the organization.
• Participation in individual suggestions, Kaizen, 5S and improvement initiatives.
• Tracking, improvement, and development of action plans with the team to achieve goals for internal metrics and customer indicators/KPIs.
• Coordinating with relevant departments for customer audits and tracking corrective and preventive actions.
• Planning and execution of internal audits to ensure the sustainability of implemented management systems.
• Monitoring the closure of all non-conformities and customer complaints using established procedures and managing teams accordingly.
• Development and implementation of strategic plans for continuous improvement of quality processes.
• Regular monitoring and reporting of quality performance.
• Ensuring necessary coordination for the serial production of parts in terms of quality.
• Establishing, implementing, and maintaining the necessary processes for Integrated Management System.
• Responsible for establishing, developing, reporting to management, and improving integrated management systems (IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) implemented in our company.

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Engineering Faculty).
• At least 8 years of experience in the field of quality in manufacturing companies, including 3 years of managerial experience in quality.
• Advanced knowledge of technical drawing, analytical geometry, and design, with familiarity in Kaizen, 5S, 7 Wastes, and improvement methodologies.
• Experience with ISO 9001, 16949, 14001, 18001, IRIS management systems.
• Proficiency in English.
• Analytical thinking and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
