This role will be expected to relocate to the United States on a sponsored visa after one year of training and hands-on working at ourTurkey Arvato facility. Candidates for this role must be willing to relocate to anyArvato site in the United States after one year.

Your Profile:

• 3+ years as a Quality Inspector/Supervisor in a 3PL, Warehouse or Manufacturing Environment,
• Experience with ISO9001 quality standards and procedures,
• Six Sigma background/experience,
• SAP experience,
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 audits,
• Leadership skills,
• Previous customer facing experience,
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time within a warehouse environment.

Your Job Description:

• Ensuring and maintaining effective employee relations,
• Inspect and monitor accurate performance trends report data for each PPM metrics,
• Ensure that all employees receive proper training in all areas whilst also coordinating job rotation and cross-training,
• Meet customer expectations, generate weekly quality metric reports, 
• Evaluate and manage levels of staff effectiveness by partnering with operations to create improvement action plans, ensure facilitation and coordination of calibration process and sessions.
