Beauty Travels 24, founded in 2006 in Rastatt, Germany, operates as an internationally recognised brand in the health tourism sector. With our prestigious services including plastic surgery, hair transplantation, eye laser, dental surgery, we aim to maximise customer satisfaction on a global scale.

At our head office in Kavacık, Istanbul, we maintain our leadership in the field with our multidisciplinary staff of 50 people. This dynamic team offers a wide range of expertise from healthcare specialists to software engineers, digital marketing experts to customer representatives. We are looking for team members to join us in the position of "Information Technologies Project Manager" in order to carry out our technological infrastructure and projects at the highest level.

Qualifications:

- Graduated from relevant departments of universities,

- Minimum 4 years of project management experience in Information Technologies projects,

- Has a good command of basic IT technologies and concepts,

- Has the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,

- Experienced in Jira and similar project management tools.

- Familiar with Agile working methodology.

Job Description:

- Business development and improvement of in-house processes in accordance with customer needs,

- Providing project planning and coordination of the team,

- Preparation of project progress reports and sharing with management,

- Continuous monitoring of team performance,

- Ensuring that the projects are completed on time in line with the objectives of the organization,

- Maintaining effective communication between the project team,

- Monitoring the compliance with the deadlines set for the projects,

- Account management and control,

- Effective communication and coordination with service providers,

- Creation of project flow charts.
