What you will be doing in this position:

The core focus of the role is planning, completing, and observing the quality of human resources needs and trends in the segments owned. You will be acting as a business partner and consultant for business unit leaders and managers to provide satisfactory solutions for all Human Resources Management needs.

This will be done through the following activities:

· Driving the cultural transformation and organisational change from HR perspective, guiding the managers and teams through transitions and various changes.

· Acting as a partner to departments' leaders & managers on talent acquisition and settling workforce planning needs, finding the suitable resource into the organization.

· Aligning the people practices, analyzing organizational structure, finding alignment, driving people agenda with the functional managers.

· Working within the HR Global Operating Model and especially with COEs, Business Services, on delivering the best solutions including but not limited to career development, salary reviews adhering to global pay policies, performance evaluation, employee engagement and recruitment processes.

· Actively being involved in employees’ relations, providing guidance, support, and consultancy for both managers and employees in the supported function.

· Setting employee dedication & action plans because of Employee Engagement Survey outcomes. Influence on managers to maintain and increase employee engagement level implementing the desired workplace culture.

· Responsible for handling Administrative Support function supervising the delivery of adequate services according to the budget.

· Following up on the legal regulations ensuring that employees are aligning with the procedures accordingly.

The position is based in Istanbul and will report to our Regional HRBP, based in Romania.

What do we expect from our future colleague:

· At least 7-10 years of HRBP experience in multinational companies like FMCG sector/ agri or similar.

· Demonstrable experience and knowledge of Turkish labor laws.

· Working in complex environment and influencing skills.

· Fluent in English.

· Proficient with MS Office Programs.
