“EXPORT & MARKETING ASSISTANT”

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines, preferably, international trade, management and foreign trade
• Min. 2 year experience on export business, 
• Comprehensive knowledge on export operations (customs clearance, payment conditions, delivery types, etc.),
• High command of spoken and written English, 
• Proficient in MS Office applications, 
• Good presentation skills, 
• High planning and organizational skills, 
• Proactive and solution-oriented,  
• Flexible for travelling,
• Strong communication skills and good team player, 
• Ability to learn quickly, willing to develop on mining sector

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitoring all the procedures before and after export, and informing the customers,
• Monitoring all processes from production to delivery while working in coordination with Planning, Production, and Logistics Departments
• Preparing proposals, reporting customer satisfaction, suggestions and complaints,
• Answering the requests and complaints of the customers in coordination with the relevant departments,
• Coordinating with the travel agency for getting visa and ticket purchases for international travel and fair organizations for Sales & Marketing dept.
• Manage customer relations and ensure their satisfaction,
• Monitor, analyze and report on market developments
• To follow up and report on import and export incentives and relevant legislation,
• Taking part in web, brochure, social media processes to promote the product or service
• To organize company’s participation in conferences, to take part in conference.
