QUALIFICATIONS,

• Bachelors degree from Engineering department,
• 2-3 years of experience in a production plant as a system quality engineer,
•  Good understanding of quality tools (FTA, 5 Why, FMEA…etc),
• Auditor qualification according to ISO 9001 and knowledge of  ISO14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001, ISO 10002 standards,
• Excellent command of English (interviews will be conducted in English),
• Good knowledge of MS office programs,
• Good knowledge of data analyses by using digital tools (Power BI is preference),
• No military service obligation for male candidates,
• Resident in Sakarya or İzmit.

  JOB DESCRIPTION

• Effective implementation of the Quality Management System throughout the company, including any business accreditations,
• Organise and manage the plant internal and external audit system and the corrective & preventive  action reporting,
• Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process or system,
• Collate quality data for monitoring trends & targets,
• Support and lead process improvement activities,
