QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Conduct candidate screening, and interviews, and coordinate interviews with managers for blue-collar recruitment needs, including arranging necessary examination services from consultancies
  • Manage employee-led activities by overseeing necessary operational processes
  • Research training companies and support organizational efficiency analysis through collaborations
  • Determine legal and technical training requirements for employees
  • Develop an annual training plan and organize training sessions and internal communication programs accordingly
  • Coordinate with internal trainers to ensure recruits receive comprehensive orientation training
  • Record training signature forms in the system for documentation
  • Organize employee meetings and Round Table discussions to enhance internal communication
  • Inform relevant departments about training needs for employees undergoing job or department changes
  • Provide requested records and documents to departments during inspections
  • Monitor the training budget in alignment with the annual training plan.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.   

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in legal education and familiarity with VQA issues
  • Advanced skills in Office Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong planning and organizational capabilities
  • Knowledge of Vocational Qualification Legislation.
