QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Data Science or HR Analytics.
- Advanced written and spoken English.
- Strong quantitative and analytical thinking skills
- Experience working with and creating data architectures; including data modeling, creating algorithms and predictive modeling.
- Understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of statistics and machine learning.
- Hands on experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
- Proficient in using MS Office applications, Microsoft Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, Python and SQL.
- Eager to learn, open-minded and team-oriented profile with strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Basic Functions:
- Coordination of HR dashboard and metric studies, measuring of organizational productivity based on data / metrics.
- Coordination of all projects related to HR Analytics.
- Design necessary tools, data modeling processes, templates for the budgeting process, people analytics reports and machine learning models.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and provide insights to inform HR policies and practices.
- Developing action plans based on machine learning studies and ensuring their implementation is monitored by HR departments.
- Execute HR analytics reports & dashboards to provide direction for strategic business decisions.
- Contribute to organizational efficiency and development studies in various HR projects.
- Prepare and analyze regular and ad-hoc reports including turnover, attraction, cost management and retention.
- Develop, automate, maintain, and periodically update HR metrics to monitor KPIs and dashboards related to compensation-specific data.
- Support reporting requirements related to other HR functions, such as recruitment performance, employee engagement surveys, and performance management outputs.
- Monitor Human Resource employee data in our databases to maintain correct data used in various reports and determine development areas of a system according to company requirements.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and data visualization techniques, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
