Job Description

• To arrange outbound operations of Non Tobacco Materials and Finished Goods from booking level to delivery order
• To organize sample shipments and Capa returns in compliance with the guidelines
• Adherence to carrier selection and spot procurement guidelines
• Timely & correct issuance and/ or collection of the document set required for flawless customs clearance & delivery at final destination
• Close follow up of the shipment transit time with the LSPs.
• To take operation’s responsibilities on file basis.
• To take file’s P&L responsibility
• To analyze customer’s needs and offer suitable solutions
• To keep customer satisfaction at highest level
• To use company’s systems and digital tools effectively
• To comply with SOP’s, COP’s and sharp deadlines
• To perform a positive and solution focused attitude
• Accurate and timely customer invoicing
• Accurate and timely customer reporting
• Claim Handling

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years of logistics operations experience (Oceanfreight, airfreight, roadfreight preferred)
• Strong team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• General computer skills - Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
• English&Turkish skills (Written & Verbal)
• Customer oriented
• No military service obligation (for male candidates)
• B class driving license holder with no travel restriction
