We are seeking for Fosroc Turkey, our global leader company in the construction chemicals sector, to join our Technical Team as " Product Development Engineer-Cement Additives " in our factory in Dilovası, Kocaeli.

Job Description:

• He/she accompanies the unit manager in the cement chemical design process according to customer demands and follows up the work.
• For corporate companies tender process, he/she accompanies the unit manager during the special product design process and follows up the work.
•  Take necessary actions to solve customer problems and reports to the unit manager.
• Prioritize the duties according to customer's demands by getting feedback from the sales team.
• Reports all R&D and P&D studies to the unit manager.
•  Undertakes the responsibility of certification processes of cement additives which are being tested in external organizations.
• Supports the development of tests, experiments and methods performed in the laboratory.
• Undertakes customer complaint studies and reports to the unit manager.
• Responsible for entering and monitoring cement chemical product formulas into the system.
• Has comprehensive knowledge of all tests, experiments and methods performed in the cement laboratory.
• Keeps track of products returned from customers and rejected by the quality control laboratory or cement chemicals raw materials that have been in stock for a long time, works to ensure their use in the products and reports to the unit manager.
• Makes the reports requested by the Unit Manager regularly and on time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar departments
•  At least 3 years of industry experience,
• Good command of English in written and verbal communication,
• Good command of Ms Office, 
• Excellent communication skills
• Agile, teamwork and result-oriented profile with strong interpersonal skills and analytical mind
• Planning & organization skills
• Willing to learn & develop skills & knowledge
• Focused on continuous improvement and able to contribute to the process development
• Resident in Anatolian side, Kocaeli or easy to reach the workplace,
