As Gram Equipment Turkey, we are looking for an Internal Service Sales Coordinator for our factory which is in Aegean Free Zone, Gaziemir – İzmir.

About the Role:

At Gram Equipment, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Service Sales Coordinator specialist to play a pivotal role in converting upgrade requests into actionable sales quotes and gaining project approvals. 

This is a key position within our team, responsible for interfacing with upgrade managers and working closely with various internal teams to ensure delivery of tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Information Gathering: Collect comprehensive details from customers, service sales teams, and upgrade sales managers to craft precise and tailored quotes.
  • Quote Preparation and Project Approval: Finalize quotes, prepare project approval documents, and ensure alignment with budget constraints and client expectations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between the upgrade team and the engineering/automation departments to align on customer requirements and finalize approvals.
  • Meeting Participation: Actively participate in discussions with customers and internal managers from the service and upgrade sectors to gather insights and feedback.
  • Documentation and Risk Management: Ensure all relevant project documentation is complete and accurate to minimize risks and avoid unforeseen issues during project execution.
  • Project Execution Oversight: Monitor and control the project execution phase, ensuring a sharp focus on the cost versus sales throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Handover Phase Management: Play a critical role in the transition from sales to project management, ensuring a seamless handover.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Conduct root cause analysis for cost overruns and profit fluctuations to identify underlying issues and recommend solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management, sales, or a related field, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
  • A bachelor degree within Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering is required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in handling project documentation and financial assessments.
