As a Maintenance & Engineering Manager, you'll play a vital role in our dynamic team. You will be responsible for leading products and technologies from creation to full scale manufacturing that aresafe, reproducible (consistent quality) and economically viable by partnering with Operations, Quality, SHEQ, Purchasing, Finance and other departments within the organization.

Key responsibilities

The E&M Manager is accountable for the alignment of the Maintenance and Asset management activities with :

• the organization's strategic objectives
• fully aware of the Manufacturing demands in terms of target availability, SHEQ compliance and acceptable maintenance costs, and the translation of these demands into (equipment/area) Service Level Agreements.
• capable of monitoring the actual performance vs the targets, analysing and solving performance gaps and strives for continuous improvement.
• Develops and guards the maintenance improvement plan, covering the implementation activities to achieve the desired state of people (& skills), processes, and KPI's the physical condition of the assets
• the owner of the maintenance budget
• Develops and evaluates the local maintenance outsourcing strategy.

You bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in engineering and maintenance activities, preferably in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry
• Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment
• Fluent in Turkish and English
• Excellent planning and organizational ability
• Attitude to work cross-functionally in a complex and variable environment
• A curious approach to problem-solving, fueling innovation by seeking new solutions and perspectives.
