Company & Role Description

Anatolian Health Hub works with an exclusive network of doctors in Plastic Surgery, Dentistry, Medical Aesthetics, Gynecology & Orthopedics, soon to expand into Hair Transplantation, ENT, General Surgery & more. Our doctors have been working with international patients mainly from Western Europe & US, in addition to local patients.

You will be responsible for managing international patients’ end-to-end experience from initial sales contact to home departure. This includes conducting sales, coordination with operations team & doctors, post-sales follow-up and record keeping, as well as other duties that may arise.

Qualifications

• Native or advanced proficiency of English & Turkish
• Fluency in a second European language such as German or French highly preferred
• 1+ years of sales / business development or related experience in the healthcare / medical tourism industry
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to respond to information requests from Social Media & Google leads and other application channels
• Ability to inform patients about possible treatment plans and doctor's advice, and to conduct pricing studies
• Experience integrating and following up on the entire communication and sales process in a CRM system
• A doer attitude and problem solving skills
• Advanced negotiation & objection handling abilities
• Track record of successful international medical sales
• Knowledge of medical tourism industry
• Professional and confident demeanor
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, doctors, nurses, and hospital staff, both in Turkey and after the patient's return home
• No military service obligation for male candidates
