General Qualifications:

• Graduation from Administrative sciences, engineering, etc. of universities, Having graduated or having a master's degree in a relevant field,
• At least 10 years of experience in managerial/leadership field,
• Having developed objective observation and evaluation, having evaluator certification and actively using this skill,
• Have received a certificate from accredited coaching schools (ICF) and have coaching skills,
• Being competent in critical skills such as strategic thinking, problem solving and analysis, communication, mentoring, direction and support,
• Advanced knowledge of English.

Job description

• Observing our leaders within the framework of Corporate Leadership Principles and recording observation reports,
• Analyzing, measuring, and reporting the work to ensure leaders' business plans, process processes, and continuous financial performance, under the guidance of expanded corporate management management strategies,
• Providing improving suggestions to leaders after on-the-job observations,
• Conducting 1-1 meetings to improve the organizational climate, situational management and basic managerial features,
• To forward to the relevant units the reports that will be entered into systems such as business model, performance, etc., to all distributed support units carried out by the leadership business partner,
• Playing an active role in data access to the management for rotation, promotion, and operation of separate departments together with the Central Human Resources for the Group Manager and higher positions.
