Whom are we looking for?

Our company, io Çevre Çözümleri R&D A.Ş., which closely follows global innovations and plays an active role in our country's fight against climate change, is strengthening its team to reach the highest value in the era of sustainable environmental management. We are looking for a "Business Development Specialist" who will be part of our growing teams in Istanbul and Ankara locations and contribute to our ambitious goals.

Do you have the following skills and competencies?

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in business development and proposal preparation, preferably in the climate, circular economy, environmental, and water sectors.
• Solid experience with public National Procurement Law, IFIs, EU procurement, and tendering processes.
• Experience in national/international business development processes.
• Advanced English (Strong communication skills in written and verbal forms) is a must.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work independently.
• Willing to travel, and work long and flexible hours to meet deadlines, when required.
• Good research skills.
• Eagerness to learn and improve.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Team player spirit.
• For male candidates, military service is completed.

Your Role:

• Track and manage tender opportunities.
• Prepare administrative documents for tenders.
• Support marketing and communication activities, including social media management.
• Prepare documents and presentations.
• Contribute to the technical proposal content.
