We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Reporting Specialist to join our client dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for financial reporting and a desire to develop their expertise in this field. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely financial data and analysis that supports our client business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

 Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

 Conduct financial data analysis to identify trends and variances.

 Collaborate with other departments to gather and verify financial information.

 Assist in the development and implementation of financial reporting systems and processes.

 Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as required by management.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

 Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software.

 Attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

 Living in or willing to relocate to Silivri, Avcılar, Beylikdüzü, Çorlu, Tekirdağ, or surrounding areas.

 No previous experience required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
