About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an External Warehouse Specialist to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Turkey. Warehouse Specialist lies within the Logistics team and is based in our Balıkesir Warehouse. You’ll be working in a high-performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Required skills, qualifications, and experience

• Monitoring daily operations stock levels and SAP process
• Keep Inventory Record Accuracy on target by implementing cycle count, pick count, empty bin count, etc.
• Ensure dispatch of materials at the right time and right quantity
• Responsible for communication and coordination with other business departments, as well as problem communication and resolution
• Ensuring that all goods that are loaded or unloaded match the relevant paperwork
• Storing and rotating stock according to established procedures
• Reporting any damaged or missing goods to Warehouse Managers or Supervisors
• Keeping the warehouse environment clean and tidy and maintaining equipment
• Following workplace health and safety rules when handling goods
• Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to operational procedures, rules, and schedules

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering
• Min. 3-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics and Warehousing
• Similar experience in FMCG or similar accountabilities
• Proficiency in English will be an asset
• Experience in SAP MM/WM
• Experience with BC team management
• Excellent command of MS Office applications
