 We are looking for a "Business Process  Manager" to join our company, located in Tuzla, İstanbul.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a project plan on local business processes with alignment of global & local stakeholders
• Analyze and document existing business processes.
• Ensure alignment of local processes with global Flow! template.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders to implement new Flow! template processes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business process management and project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent change management, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Wholistic understanding of business processes (e.g. E2E for P2P, L2C, R2R).
