We are looking for Store Managers for our Levi’s®  stores in Istanbul (both European side and Anatolian side)

• Min. 8 years of Retail experience, min 5 years experiences in a Store Manager position, at apparel sector (including sport/child wear, lingerie, accessories: shoes, bags, cosmetics),
• Profound retail operational knowledge. Understanding of store’s trading dynamics,
• Solid analytical experience expressed in financial acumen (budget management, understanding and influencing Retail KPIs),
• People manager focused on building capability of the team, able to motivate and inspire,
• Exceptional planning and execution skills,
• Personal engagement into the role and the brand,
• Independent and energetic with entrepreneurial attitude
• At least communicative knowledge of English (both written and spoken),

İŞ TANIMI

• Deliver store profit; set actions to maximize sell-out,
• Ensure consistently high levels of customer service in line with company standards,
• Ensure effective replenishment of product and implementation of company VM standards always demonstrating commercial decision making,
• Execute store operations policies and procedures requirements,
• Ensure effective selection, recruitment, induction and on-going training of  store team,  
• Ensure commercial awareness and motivation of store team that inspires and generates a drive towards, achievement of the store’s KPIs.
