Job Description

As a company driver and after-sales specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Transporting clients and personnel to designated locations in a safe and timely manner
• Maintaining the vehicle in a clean and working condition
• Provide exceptional after-sales support to customers, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests for assistance promptly and professionally
• Handle administrative tasks related to property sales, such as preparing documents, coordinating with utility companies to open electricity and water services, and assisting clients with any post-sales paperwork requirements
• Following company policies and procedures at all times

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.

Knowledge of the company's services.

Proficiency in additional languages as English, Turkish, Russian, Arabic is a plus
