QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer with general corporate skills to join our Customer Service Management team at MAN Türkiye.
Qualifications
- Completed engineering studies (Bachelor or Masters degree) of mechanical, electrical & electronics, automotive or mechatronics
- Experience in automotive industry esp. Electric vehicles
- Familiar with core engineering processes such as FMEA.
- Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic and analysis tools such as CAN/CANalyzer.
- Knowledge in commercial After sales activities esp. Warranty, goodwill.
- Knowledge of after sales and workshop activities, systems and processes
- Preferably knowledge of engineering tools i.e. INDIGO
- Familiar with High Voltage EE systems
- Excellent analytical skills, excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
- Expert level Microsoft Office package. (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Problem-solving skills.
- Process improvement expertise.
- Strong work ethic.
- No restrict to travel abroad.
- Excellent verbal and written knowledge in English and/or German language
Responsibilities
- International Key Account Support for major MAN bus end customers
- Interface role between the external and internal MAN organization
- First point of contact for the external organization for all questions regarding general, commercial or technical after sales problems and responsible for answering/getting the answers from the right departments
