At Medoper, the health tourism agency of Lokman Group, we are seeking a social media specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies and content roadmap for Medoper Health Tourism Agency and Dentoper Dental Clinic social media platforms in line with our brand identities, target audiences and business objectives 
• Capture dental and medical patient photos / videos of their treatment journey within the clinics and while exploring the local areas. Edit the footage into social media posts, youtube videos, stories, and marketing / advertising material as needed.
• Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
• Manage the content calendar based on key messages, creating different types of content to engage existing users
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Use Adobe Cloud and online apps to create and edit media content for publishing
• Able to work flexible hours

 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Communications/English, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Design, or related discipline)
• Minimum 1 year experience working in social media
• Minimum 3 years experience in photography and videography
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.) and how they can be used. Capturing and applying current local and international trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (will be tested)
• Active listening and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of the health tourism industry
• Exceptional creativity, innovative design skills, and presentation skills
• Excellent research, organizational, and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented, target driven and level-headed
• The capacity to work independently and collaboratively
• Desire to continue building skill set with education and training

Preferred:

• Content creation experience
• Secondary language: German or Russian
