 Which competences do we expect?

• Bachelor Degree from Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of working  produciton experience especially in PCB lines
• Fluent in English - both verbal and writing
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office
• Effective communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical thinking and good conceptual thinking skills
• Works in a systematic, methodical and orderly way
  
• Uses logic and advanced methods to find effective solutions to difficult problems
• Ensures personnel have the skills and resources to complete the tasks
  
• Delegates tasks according to people’s strengths and interests
• Male candidates must have completed military service.

What will be your responsibilities and duties?

• Carries out the management and administration of the team
• Supervises the production activities and ensures continuous monitoring of the production
  
• Takes all necessary measures regarding work safety in the production line and monitors consistently
  
• Executes the production processes in accordance with production plans
  
• Carries out studies to determine optimum number of workers based on the production plan (Headcount Planning)
• Coordinates maintenance and repair activities
• Increases productivity by managing process improvement activities
• Determines the required budget, labor, capacity, machinery and material requirements
• and makes necessary plans accordingly
• Makes a short and long term capacity planning of the line
• Periodically reviews the records and the reports prepared during the production by workers
• Improves the product and factory quality
• Follows up engineering changes related his/her department and ensures implementation of this engineering changes
• Manages the revisions of the equipments (Software,hardware etc.)
• Supports the new investments related to the section
• Manages of installation projects
