We are looking for an “IT Service Management Senior Specialist”   to be employed in our Head Office in Medical Park and Liv Hospitals Group.

·       Design and follow-up of ongoing IT services,

·       Guiding the DBA Team and Application developers to visualise Application Performances,

·       Encourage co-operation and creativity,

·       Be part of the success, growth and output of the Application Management team,

·       Work closely with Scrum team members, DBAs.

Skills

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems or releated discipline,

·       At least 4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or related systems and design.

·       Experience with .NET framework, .NET core, Web Services, API Gateway.

·       Experience with MSSQL

·       The microservice architecture and the experience of remodelling from monolith to microservice is a plus

·       Good understanding of virtualisation and on-premises platforms

·       Experience in Agile (Scrum) software development methodologies.

·       Experience with Devops platforms (Azure Devops, Jenkins is good)

·       Experience in CI/CD automation, code quality and code security.

·       Familiarity with Data Centre Components and Technologies.

·       Good understanding of Private and Public Cloud Systems.

·       In-depth knowledge of virtualization technologies, especially VMware.

·       Proven capability in managing applications projects, supporting hardware and software solutions, and maintaining databases.

·       Ability to articulate complex technical information and issues clearly to both technical and non-technical staff.

·       Possess the ability to negotiate with and effectively manage third-party vendors.

·       Showcase experience in management and leadership, including the development and leadership of teams.

·       Demonstrate knowledge of Service Management and related frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, etc.

·       Respond to off-hour alerts, calls, e-mails, or notifications to ensure operational efficiency and uptime.
