The Airfreight Specialist takes responsibility for owned export and import files in accordance with our principles. These responsibilities are on door to door basis and include managing pick up and delivery operations, creating (Mawb + Hawb) and receiving import and export files, taking carrier bookings for export, following flight status, coordinating shipment follow up with own customers and overseas partners, creating / controlling the cost and revenue items of the file. Also tracks customer quotation requests and prepares customer quotations. She/he is responsible for GP growth and optimization on file level.

Tasks:

• Extensive knowledge of Airfreight operations
  
• Supports sales teams for answering all questions from the customer in the fastest way and also develops alternative solutions for possible problems.
• Provides communication with airlines and collects alternative price options from all relevant airline companies.
• Identifies, follows and implements new business growth opportunities.
• Analyzes the latest shipment status of current and potential customers and communicates with them when necessary.
• Works with the business development team and provides support for the development of the determined routes.
• Bachelor's degree (Logistics, Aviation Management is preferred)
• Min 2 years of experience in Air Cargo import/export pricing
• Knowledge of tender processes
• Good command of English
• Service and solution orientated
• Has practical and proactive approach
• Preffered Russian Language knowledge
