We are currently seeking an ''Customer Experience Unit Manager'' to join our team with thefollowing qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in team management
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasked, results-oriented environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in report preparation and analysis

Job Description

  • Manage daily operations of the customer experience team
  • Conduct performance evaluations of team members and develop improvement plans
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement strategies for enhancement
  • Optimize customer experience processes and procedures
  • Design training programs to ensure high-quality customer service
  • Stay updated with new customer service technologies and tools
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience
