We are currently seeking an ''Operatioanal Excellence Specialist'' to join our team with thefollowing qualifications:

• Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering or related fields)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in process analysis, process development, operational excellence, and quality management systems
• Proficient in Agile working principles
• Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Effective use of written and verbal communication channels
• Excellent written and spoken English skills (French is a plus)

Job Description

• Analyze existing business processes and provide improvement and process development solutions where necessary. Ensure coordination with process owners to take action
• Understand the needs of business units and develop end-to-end processes when necessary
• Create and update process maps, workflow diagrams, and all related process documentation
• Optimize reasons for efficiency loss within business processes and work on making business processes lean and effective
• Ensure the implementation, continuity, and improvement of the quality management system
• Organize activities related to Quality Management System certifications
