Responsibilities

  • Acting as a first point of contact for business units while ensuring the execution and delivery of all HR activities (from the recruitment process, talent acquisition, organizational development, employer branding, onboarding process, performance management, compensation and benefit, headcount planning and exit process, and HR reportings etc.),
  • Preparing analysis and reports including employee data, and also preparing periodical HR reports including Group HR metrics,
  • Supporting employee budget processes and HR budget preparation,
  • Conducting HR analytics studies in Organizational Development, Talent Management and Career Management processes,
  • Acting as a strategic business partner while building strong relationships with business line managers,
  • Carrying out job evaluation and grading systems, compensation & benefits processes,
  • Work alongside in-house HR team and external recruitment consultancy (in case of requirement) in the sourcing, CV screening, candidate interviewing, and consulting with the hiring managers,
  • Working closely with the leadership team and employees to improve work relationships, drive motivation, and increase engagement,
  • Supporting and leading HR specific projects/initiatives, including organizational and change management activities.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in legal/discipline processes,
  • Strong organization, communication and conflict management skills,
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, min 1 year experience working with data and reporting environments,
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Proactivity, attention to details, strong time management skills and attentiveness to responsibilities,
  • Retail/Cosmetics company experience is a plus.
