An Office Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of an office, ensuring efficiency, organization, and smooth workflow. They are responsible for managing administrative staff, implementing office policies, and maintaining a productive work environment.


General Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Proven experience in office management or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of office management software (e.g., MS Office)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Professional certification (e.g., Certified Office Manager) is a plus

Job Description

The Office Manager will be responsible for:


  • Overseeing and coordinating office operations and administrative staff
  • Developing and implementing office policies and procedures
  • Managing office budget and expenses
  • Ensuring office supplies and equipment are maintained
  • Handling human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation
  • Coordinating with IT department for office technology needs
  • Managing office communication and correspondence
  • Organizing and overseeing office events and meetings
  • Resolving office-related issues and conflicts
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
