We are looking for  an “Investor Relations Professional” who will add value with his/her dynamism and field knowledge to join ODAŞ IR Department.

 QUALIFICATIONS

• Bacelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering; preferably having an MBA degree,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in investor relations, equity research or corporate finance,
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English and MS Office applications,
• Having Capital Markets Activities Level 3 and Corporate Governance Rating Specialist Licenses,
• Good presentation and reporting skills,
• Multitasking ability in a high stress environment, efficient at meeting deadlines.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparation of investor presentations, earnings releases and communication materials,
• Engaging in regular dialogues and IR activities with equity analysts and investors, including one-on-one meetings and calls,
• Providing necessary documents and material disclosures for Istanbul Stock Exchange and Capital Markets Board,
• Contributing to the General Assembly processes,
• Managing the publishing of material event disclosures of the company,
• Monitoring and reviewing analyst reports about the company and its peers,
• Disclosuring of annual and quarterly financial, sustainability reports,
• Arranging and reviewing sustainability duties of the company.
