We are looking for a ‘Process Engineer’ with the following qualifications to work in Bursa location of our company.

• Graduated from related engineering departments of universities (Mechanical-Automotive-Mechatronics),
• FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA knowledge,
• Preferably, at least 2 years of experience in the automotive sector,
• Problem solving, risk management skills and teamwork skills,
• High analytical, reporting and follow-up skills,
• Developed design and three-dimensional thinking skills,
• Able to use MS Office programmes,
• Will be able to participate in overseas assignments,
• Good command of English,
• Able to drive an active vehicle.

Job description:

• Commissioning of existing, newly designed and planned processes within the company in line with company targets,
• Process design of new projects and determination of operation steps and durations in line with customer targets and expectations,
• Preparation of the specifications of the machinery/equipment and assembly lines to be commissioned and collection of offers from suppliers,
• Following the Design / Production / Commissioning process of machinery and equipment in line with the commissioning planning to be created in accordance with the customer project planning and carrying out the approval stages,
• To manage the appropriate communication and follow-up process with the suppliers worked with during the project process,
• To be involved in overseas assignments when necessary,
• Timely execution of PPAP documentation during the project commissioning process,
• P-FMEA organisation planning, implementation and follow-up of actions,
• Making production and sample preparations in accordance with customer special requests and quality expectations during the project commissioning process,
• Determination of parameters and definitions required for all process steps and creation of appropriate documentation,
• Research and adaptation of new technologies to the system,
• Producing solutions for quality problems that arise or may arise,
• To work in co-operation with those responsible in other departments during the project process.
