QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
As Polimeks Holding we are looking for “Corporate Finance Personnel” to join our team, who is eager to work in a dynamic and multinational environment.
He/she will be focus on financial planning and corporate finance activities of group companies on the local and international markets.
He/she will assist senior management by conducting sector/industry researches, presentations, feasibility studies, project management etc.
Responsibilities include
· Will actively involve and take the responsibility of corporate finance activities (financial modelling, conducting relations with financial institutions and internal stakeholders, capital market projects management, financial planning)
· Help the senior management team and prepare financial data, presentations, working papers and insights that enable perspectives for financial strategies and decisions
· Conduct industry, market, country and acquisition target analysis
· Analyse and monitor financing/investment alternatives and provide decision support
· Work actively on a range of financial, targets of subsidiaries/investments and oversight of key milestones
Successful Applicant
· Graduate or undergraduate degree in business administration, economics, engineering or related departments preferably from a top tier university in Turkey
· 2 - 4 years of directly-related professional work experience in finance, investment banking or financial audit
· Proficiency in excel and presentation development skills in PowerPoint
· Experience in financial modelling and valuation would be an asset
· Analytical and structured thinking, strong problem solving and diagnosis skills
· Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
· Written and oral fluency in English is a must
· Attention to detail, strong communication and organization skills
