Taking inspiration from the culture and history of its location, each project is intended as a platform for local creatives to exhibit their talents as well as a hub for the global Scorpios community to gather. Since its opening as a beachside music venue on Mykonos in 2015, Scorpios has grown into a global lifestyle hospitality brand with expanded offerings. Scorpios is now looking to build a highly dedicated team to drive the brand to its highest potential.


Job Description

 

Pre-Opening Responsibilities:

 

·        Support the HR Manager in ensuring adherence to HR operational policies and processes.

·        Assist in coordinating employee work permits and visas.

·        Coordinate HR activities related to training, including organizing training necessities per department and creating handover materials.

 

·        Exceptional Responsibilities:

 

·        Support communication and knowledge delivery of corporate HR policies and procedures effectively.

·        Continuously assess employee morale and create reports on absenteeism, turnover records, lateness, and resignations.

·        Encourage and maintain a good standard of employee conduct and behavior, coordinating disciplinary procedures when necessary.

·        Assist in the recruitment process, participate in interviews, and maintain talent pools per department.

 

·        Operational Responsibilities:

 

·        Assist department heads in formulating HR policies and procedures in alignment with Group HR strategy.

·        Oversee the preparation of reports required by government agencies.

·        Execute compensation and benefits programs, ensuring timely delivery of employee benefits.

·        Maintain positive relationships with staff representatives and address employee grievances, escalating to the HR Manager when necessary.

·        Handle all administration tasks of the department and create reports.

·        Stay updated on local legislation in collaboration with the HR Manager and Legal partners.

·        Perform any other tasks related to the HR area as assigned by the HR Director..

 

·        High employee satisfaction and morale, reflected in low turnover rates and absenteeism.

·        Efficient and effective HR processes, demonstrated by timely completion of tasks and adherence to policies.

·        Positive feedback from employees on HR support and responsiveness, indicating a supportive and conducive work environment.

 

·        Other duties as assigned by your direct manager.
