We are seeking a seasoned “Chief Financial Officer” who excels in developing and executing creative financial strategies and provides leadership in improving financial operations and supporting growth objectives. 

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Experience in publicly traded and production-based companies.
• Having a minimum of 18 years of experience in the field, withat least 8 years in the CFO/Financial Director position.
• Deep knowledge and experience in SPK regulations and reporting.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and preferably a certifiedIndependent Auditor.
• Strong expertise in strategic planning and investment management.
• Experience in managing teams in large-scale and holding structures.
• Advanced analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Expertise in financial software and tools. 
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic plans to manage and improve the company's financial performance.
• Manage financial reporting processes and ensure transparency.
• Oversee budgeting and cash flow management, mitigate financial risks, and identify opportunities.
• Continuously seek improvement opportunities to optimize financial operations and enhance efficiency.
• Support investment decisions, provide financial analysis, and report to the CEO.
• Manage investor relations operations.
• Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with regulations.
• Ensure timely and comprehensive SPK reporting.
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes.
• Lead the relevant finance team, collaborating with the Board of Directors to oversee the entire operation.
