One of the leading companies in the construction sector is looking for a" Site Construction Manager"

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in site management for industrial facility projects.
• Experience in working on international projects is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of construction management, engineering practices, and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and other construction management software.
• Knowledge of construction standards and regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making competencies.
• Proficiency in English (speaking and writing). Knowledge of  Russian is an advantage.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety management systems.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and processes.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Description:

• Review and implement project plans and drawings.
• Create the project schedule and monitor progress.
• Manage the project budget and ensure cost control.
• Oversee and coordinate daily site activities.
• Supervise and direct subcontractors and workers.
• Ensure the procurement and proper use of materials and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and technical specifications.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and conduct safety inspections.
• Manage quality control processes and conduct necessary tests and inspections.
• Maintain regular communication with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reports on project progress, budget status, and other key issues.
• Communicate with the client to manage their requirements and feedback.
• Quickly and effectively resolve issues encountered on site.
• Develop solutions for technical and managerial problems.
