The role of the position:

The Senior Fashion Stylist for ecommerce plays a key role in curating and executing the visual presentation of products on an ecommerce platform. This position involves selecting and coordinating clothing and accessories, as well as ensuring that models look their best during photo shoots.

Job responsibilities:

• Mentor and coach photo session admins for styling options, product selections and shooting organization.
• Collaborate with photographers, session administrators, and creative teams to conceptualize and execute fashion shoots that align with the company's high-end luxury brand image.
• Select and style clothing, accessories, and other fashion items from our extensive portfolio of luxury and mainstream brands.
• Direct models on set to ensure the desired aesthetic and mood are achieved in each shoot.
• Manage wardrobe and styling tools to maintain an organized and efficient studio environment.
• Conduct fittings and make adjustments to ensure the perfect look for each shoot.
• Coordinate with makeup artists, hair stylists, and other external partners to achieve a cohesive visual presentation.
• Research designers, brands, collections, and products in preparation for each photo-shoot
• Attend all model castings and select the models based on their physical traits
• Keep an organized inventory of clothing and accessories used for photoshoots.
• Handle the sourcing and procurement of new clothing items when needed.
• Maintain open communication with the director to align on the overall vision for each project.
• Provide feedback, guidance and coaching in forms of knowledge sharing workshops in order to elevate the team’s skillset and by remaining up to date with new and emerging technologies available in styling
• Conduct regular checks to ensure that clothing and accessories are in good condition and free of wrinkles, stains, or damage.
• Check the retouched photos to make sure that overall look of the products are aligned with brand prestige and luxurious appearance 
• Ensure that the chosen garments match the product descriptions and are available for purchase on the ecommerce platform.
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and ecommerce industry developments to inform styling choices and keep the brand's image fresh and relevant.

Main requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.

Experience: 

•  3+ years of experience as a fashion stylist, with a strong focus on high-end or luxury fashion.

Professional skills and competencies:

• Azerbaijani and Russian is preferred
• Have planning and organizational skills
• A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of current fashion trends and styles.
• Has successful references 
• Has high personal and professional motivation and open to self-improvement
• Has good communication skills, strong human relations, proactive and high initiative skills
• Result-oriented and detail-oriented
