QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • University degree in Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering or Business Administration,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales positions in the Automotive OEM industry,
  • Great verbal and written communication skills (in English); further languages of advantage (e.g. German),
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills,
  • Advanced level of MS-Office applications (Excel, Power Point etc.),
  • Team player,
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic working environments,
  • Result oriented, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
  • Customer-oriented, constructive, and positive approach,
  • Ability to work independently and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction,
  • Knowledge and experience in business and financial matters,
  • Solid understanding of the automotive business sector of advantage,
  • No travel restrictions,
  • Male candidates must have completed military service,
  • Having a class B license and able to drive actively,

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Examining the RFQs of international OEM customers and starting and following the cost analysis process,
  • Preparing and providing price quotations and Cost-Breakdowns to the responsible customers,
  • Ensuring the necessary coordination with the relevant departments during project SOP and reporting the risks,
  • Proactively developing sales plans, making profit-loss analyses of customer-based projects, and taking necessary actions to meet and exceed business objectives,
  • Organizing and taking part in technical meetings with customers and relevant departments,
  • Sustain and developing existing customers, identify, and develop new potential customers in the target markets to achieve and exceed the agreed sales budget,
  • Visiting fairs and customers on a regular basis,
  • Following market, competitor, and customer developments,
  • Analysing and tracking changes in customers orders,
  • Using actively customer portals (SupplyOn, ESL, ASTRAS…),
  • Working in coordination with the Production Planning team to produce orders on time,
  • Working closely with R&D department to introduce new products to customers.
