GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Graduates of universities, preferably from Mechatronics, Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering departments, or have experience in simulation, structural and mechanical design processes,
• Having the personal and technical competence to complete a project by taking ownership of all processes from idea to completion of prototype manufacturing,
• Able to actively use the English language both written and verbal,
• Proficient in R&D, P&D and product/system design and analysis processes,
• Have comprehensive knowledge of production techniques and industrial material types,
• Experienced in project management, with advanced organizational skills,
• Able to use at least one of Solidworks or Catia programs well,
• Researcher and open to innovations,
• Able to establish a monitoring and control system, prone to teamwork, able to take responsibility,
• Having a work discipline focused on increasing productivity,
• He has completed their military service for male candidates.

Job description:

• Able to distribute product development and production processes from the beginning within the team and carry them out until the prototype production phase,
• Managing or supporting the management of international and domestic projects,
• Carrying out development studies of existing products and making cost optimization,
• Introducing new materials, equipment and applications to the company,
• To follow current technical-technological changes and developments closely, to participate in domestic and international fairs,
• Carrying out review, development and implementation studies and reporting to senior management,
• Creating solutions for new product alternatives. Ensuring the coordination of drawing, model, prototype and sample preparation activities,
• Following the approval of the new product, preparing manufacturing drawings and following the preparations,
• Contributing to continuous improvement efforts in the Integrated Management System (Quality-Environment-OHS).
• To follow the production activities of the new product.
