Our company, which has a capacity of approximately 495.000 cover sets per year, supplies products to a wide market in Europe.

TB Sewtech Turkey, we are looking for a “Human Resources Specialist” working in the "Human Resources & Administration Department", located in Düzce.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related departments
  • Minimum 2 year experience of HR functions, especially in recruitment and training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Excellent time management and reporting skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage several project simultaneously
  • Reliability, sense of responsibility and can-do mindset
  • Good command of MS Office programs
  • Excellent command of both written & spoken English
  • No restriction to travel
  • Willing to live in Düzce/Sakarya

Preferable:

  • Experience in automative sector
  • Knowledge of Turkish Labor Law, Social Insurance Law and Regulations (4857 & 5510)
  • Knowledge of Success Factor

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  •        Managing recruitment, onboarding and offboarding process
  •        Contributing training process and content development studies
  •        Ensuring the execution of operational processes of HR according to the relevant procedures and regulations
  •        Participating on continuous improvement actions & KPI’s,
  •        Supporting HR practices as performance and training
