Our TOR Holding subsidiary Trem Global is looking for a talented and motivated person to join our dynamic team in İstanbul as "Area Sales Specialist". TOR Holding, which has been operating in the construction sector since 1992 and expanded its activities in the fields of real estate, tourism, world trade, logistics, agriculture, marketing, architecture and legal consultancy in 2020, gathered all group companies under the roof of TOR Holding.

Responsibilities

• Conducting real estate market research.
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction to gain referrals and expand the customer portfolio.
• Presenting suitable price offers to customers in line with the company's goals.
• Providing customers with all the details about the visited projects and taking action towards closing sales.
• Prioritizing customer satisfaction and offering portfolios that match the customer's requests.
• Monitoring the investment process from end to end based on the customer's preferences.
• Accurately analyzing the customer's budget and requests to deliver tailored portfolio presentations.
• Presenting payment and sales conditions that align with the company's interests to the customer.
• Welcoming customers to the office and providing preliminary information about the projects to be visited.
• Facilitating all transfer processes for customers and meeting their needs.

Requirements

• Minimum associate degree, preferably graduates of university bachelor's programs,
• Advance level proficiency in English or Russian,
• Effective communication skills, presentable, detail-oriented, reassuring and good-humored
• Multi-tasking and efficiency, follow up the customer tour process,
• Self-confident, energetic, with a positive attitude and high motivation,
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations to customers,
• Able to adapt to corporate culture,
• Strong reporting skills,
• Willing to travel both domestically and internationally,
