Job Description

• Utilize your proficiency in Arabic or Russian language to promote and sell our real estate services to Arabic or Russian speaking clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Understand clients' real estate needs, fulfill their requirements, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain a potential customer database, follow up on leads, and generate new sales opportunities.
• Stay updated with market information and trends in the real estate industry, providing accurate information to clients.
• Set sales targets and actively work towards achieving them.
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced level of proficiency in one of these languages : Arabic or Russian language (in addition to Turkish or English).
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the real estate field.
• Familiarity with call center processes.
• Strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and customer-centric approach.
• Team player with the ability to contribute to team goals.
• Quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
