Trionyx Dış Ticaret A.Ş is a leading supplier of raw materials for hygiene care, medical care, flexible packaging, labels, tapes, and outdoor media. 

We are looking for an import export customer service representative to support our local and international business activity.

Basic Qualifications:

- University Degree (Bachelor’s)
- 2-5 years of experience in import and export operations
- Advanced level of English and Turkish
- Exceptional communication and planning/organization skills
- Detail oriented with good time management and multitasking skills
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
- Self-motivated and team oriented
- Completion of military service for male candidates

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage customer inquiries and after-sales operations
- Proactively understand and solve customer needs
- Handle order, logistics, financial and trade documentations with relevant parties
- Manage and track domestic and international shipments
- Coordinate customer claims and promptly communicate corrective actions with customers
- Record and update all order activity and data in order tables
- Follow up with customers on payments of invoices
- Support our sales team in communicating price offers
- Follow up on customs clearance processes with customs broker
